Hugo Duras likes to play hide and seek with shapes, materials and colours. He uses different techniques and formats, mixing figurative and abstract styles that he likes to call “figurabstract”. His paintings are marked by obvious influences linked to his interventions and creations with the young public, or by a post-impressionist and surrealist period that he is particularly fond of.
